Tori Parker

About

The daughter of a Navy veteran and a public school teacher, Tori Parker learned the value of service at a young age. Early in her career, public service meant volunteering and later working on Republican campaigns and committees.  Tori served as Executive Director of the Kent County Republican Committee in 2015 before running Republican gubernatorial campaigns in Delaware in 2016 and 2020.

In September 2020, Tori was the victim of politically motivated gun violence, and in 2021, after much thoughtful consideration, she made the decision to join the Democratic Party.

A steadfast fiscal conservative, Tori’s desire to serve the public brought her to the State Auditor’s Office in 2021, where she now serves as Chief of Staff for State Auditor Lydia York. Parker manages operations for the Auditor’s Office. In her role, she oversees the implementation of the annual audit plan, addresses citizen and whistleblower complaints, and serves as a liaison to lawmakers, government agencies and officials.

Tori enjoys traveling, gardening, and watching the Eagles. She lives in Middletown with her partner, Patty, and their family.
