The daughter of a Navy veteran and a public school teacher, Tori Parker learned the value of service at a young age. A steadfast fiscal conservative, Tori’s desire to serve the public brought her to the State Auditor’s Office in 2021, where she now serves as Chief of Staff.

Contributing over a billion dollars in economic activity, and producing 1 in 8 jobs, Agriculture deserves a louder voice in Dover. I’m running to give the 11th District a seat at the table.

Delaware’s AI Commission is tasked with monitoring and regulating AI use. The Commission has failed to regulate AI, instead focusing on the creation of a company run without human control.
I support a statewide moratorium on data centers, and regulating AI. This is especially important for government use and K-12 education.

Higher Pay for workers & Tax Credits for seniors
I will focus on increasing wages and expanding senior tax credits to combat the cost of living. I also support a State of Delaware backed homebuyer program for teachers, first responders, and public servants- similar to VA loans for members of the armed forces.
Government Spending
Delaware’s welfare programs have some of the worst fraud rates in the country. Our food and housing programs are in jeopardy of federal funding cuts because we lack even the most basic safeguards. As State Representative, I will make it a priority to protect your tax dollars so Delawareans in need have the safety nets they deserve.
